The SP20-12 two-stage air end is ideally suited for the air, gas, mining, vapor recovery, and OEM compressor markets, covering capacities from 675-1500 acfm, and can mount into your existing packages with minimal changes needed.

The discharge air pressure of the two-stage can vary from as low as 200 psig to as high as 600 psig. The first stage flanges are sealed with gaskets, while the second stage and gearbox flanges include O-ring seals. High-quality taper roller bearings and extra-wide cylindrical roller bearings provide a long duty cycle life. A 4-inch inter-stage pipe is used to minimize pressure drops, creating a more efficient first to second-stage airflow, thereby requiring less power to operate. Our exclusive balance piston design has 85% less oil flow around the balance pistons creating a higher balance pressure/force that ensures maximum thrust bearing life.
