He gradually advanced his skills under the mentorship of Brett Bowman and earned a degree in Diesel Technology from Des Moines Area Community College, paving the way for his success in construction equipment services.

Throughout his time at Star, Kenneth has demonstrated a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. His progression through various roles, including Working Foreman and Assistant Service Manager, showcases his leadership potential and dedication to nurturing talent within the organization.
