Star Equipment is committed to exceeding your expectations in all of our interactions with our customers during this unprecedented time. We will be as flexible, creative, and innovative as every situation requires. We continue to operate through this extraordinary situation.
What you need to know:
- All of our branch locations will continue to maintain our regular business hours. Our 24-hour emergency service is also available to serve your needs.
- All counter, walk in, will call, phone, and outside sales orders will be processed as you'd expect.
- We will deliver to all job sites as you'd expect, and our field service technicians are available to keep your equipment up and running.
- Our supply chain has yet to be disrupted. We continue to receive shipments and inventory daily.
- We expect all of our staff to pay attention and follow the instructions of federal, state, and local authorities' guidelines.
- We have encouraged staff to follow the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
- We will maintain a safe workplace and encourage and/or adopt practices protecting the health of employees, customers, visitors, and others.
In summary, Star Equipment is open for business. We will always support our employees, customers, and vendors, and all partners the best we can. Star Equipment will react as necessary, but we will not overreact. We want to be conscientious and proactive but not increase the hype or help spread any panic.
