Gunite Machine, Dry-Mix Shotcrete Machine

The Airplaco Cyclone is a rotary bowl-type gunite machine designed and manufactured for powerful material placement using a compact mobile gunite machine. The Cyclone delivers a smooth, steady flow of premixed material into various hose sizes and allows even hydration at the nozzle. The Cyclone shotcrete machine is ideal for concrete repair projects and features multi-vane 5 hp air motor, continuous feed hopper, exhaust suppression chamber and six-point pad holding system.

The Airplaco Cyclone shotcrete machine is a low to medium production, continuous-feed material placement unit for dry-mix gunite or refractory materials. The Cyclone is typically used for concrete repair projects. The Cyclone features a premium-life feed system, molded discharge liner and exhaust suppression chamber. All units are supplied with air line regulating valves, choice of low, medium or high production feed system and short premix hopper assembly.
